Milojević Clinic opened the doors of its new exclusive polyclinic located in the Kaptol Centre

Milojević Clinic, the state-of-the-art anti-aging clinic of the region, as of recent will welcome you at a new address.

Dr. Nikola Milojević, a doctor who introduces world trends to the regional market, and a true lover of aesthetic medicine, opened the doors of his new Polyclinic, which competes with the most beautiful clinics worldwide, with its fine interiors and technological achievements.

It is a space that exudes elegance, where the knowledge and experience of outstanding doctors and nurses, along with state-of-the-art technology, are put in the service of beauty.

The space concept of this modern polyclinic, covering an area of 320 m2, bears the signature of the architect Andrea Hržić Šesnić from the Architectural Atelier Hržić.

The idea was to create an exclusive and unique space within the newly-renovated Kaptol Center, which will present the spirit of the polyclinic and Dr. Milojević in their finest way.

This was achieved by the spatial organization, organic forms, and a selection of materials that bring comfort, but which, above all, meet all medical criteria.

The space is located in the Kaptol Center and faces the public area with its large glass wall.

To guarantee the privacy of clients, curtains are installed throughout the entire length of the lobby facing the rest of the polyclinic. A different setup, opening and closure of the curtains create different scenery and achieve a certain degree of privacy.

Outside the working hours, the curtains are completely shut and a small sales exhibition space of new cosmetic products is on display, giving a sense of a shopping window and a visual extension of the Centre itself.

When the curtains are not entirely shut, the background changes and the rest of the polyclinic space is visible.

Passing through the sales and exhibition area at the entrance, the reception area opens with its waiting room where organic-shape forms prevail. Further down a communication corridor leading to a series of treatment rooms and offices is designed having in mind the specifics of procedures that are taking place in such an environment.

The area of a predominantly white color transpires a feeling of warmth. Wooden elements of the organic form, graphism of textured walls, floors, ceilings, and even windows, throughout the polyclinic create a feeling of calmness and elegance.

Vertical stripes, a dotted ceiling, and a braided floor are the elements of the design based on the motif that the polyclinic has been presenting for years, interpreting various skin textures.

This motif is used in the materials and finishing of walls, floors, and ceilings, and further emphasized through artistic interventions in all rooms and creates a sense of a gallery within the Polyclinic. The exclusivity of the space, given the specificity of a polyclinic, is achieved using unique elements in the equipment of the premises, such as built-in furniture, signage in communication corridors, and artwork. They illustrate, in an abstract way, certain segments of the polyclinic activities, implementing the ideas of designers from the studio Šesnić & Turković and academic artists Matija Plavčić and Vjeran Palian, in collaboration with architects.

Skin, as a constant motif, is represented through abstract forms of treatment of various materials as a common element and varies from a wrinkled, cracked, relaxed, and irregular element through a contrasting dark line (symbolizing an aspect of the treatment performed in the Polyclinic) into a calming, more regular, flat, and smooth element.

The main symbol of the Milojević Clinic was also created, in collaboration with one of our greatest glass artists, Jerome Tišljar. He created a sign for the space, composed of layers of glass, treated with the most diverse finishes to emphasize perfection, fragility, and wondrous element of glass, countering at the same time the perfection of the smooth front surface and irregular lateral surface, emphasizing thus the entire range of the game of light and glass through the beauty of the material.
