Plasmage Treatment for Non-Surgical Upper Eyelid Lifting / Non-Surgical Blepharoplasty

Plasmage Treatment for Non-Surgical Upper Eyelid Lifting / Non-Surgical Blepharoplasty

Policlinic Milojević is the centre for non-surgical aesthetic medicine, and we always strive and search for the non-invasive solutions, which remove the problems of the ageing skin and face, without the scalpel.

Some procedures, such as non-surgical nose sculpting, removal of dark circles under the eyes and lifting and contouring with fillers and Botox, we call the wow-treatments. It was us who among the first introduced those new methods to the region, and which have the stunning effect.

That is why our offer includes also the novelty on the global market: Plasmage treatment. Colloquially said, a "little lightning" comes out of the device, which heats up the tissue so fast that it has no time to even "get burned", but the tissue simply evaporates.

Before the introduction of Plasmage device from the Brera company, the aesthetic medicine doctors were considering the upper lid blepharoplasty to be in the domain of a surgeon after all, and that we can only slightly help in lifting the lids with Botox. Plasmage device has now changed all that, and we have got another treatment that has the amazing effects. Already during the treatment itself, the skin of the upper lid is lifted and the excess skin disappears. Without the scalpel, without the surgery, without the long recovery time.

For non-surgical removal of the excess skin on the lower eyelid, a method using the dermal fillers was perfected, and our Policlinic definitely belongs among the better known centres in Europe specialized for the non-invasive procedures. However, Plasmage device is perfectly effective also for resolving that delicate problem.

Plasmage - a New Apparatus in Aesthetic Medicine and Dermatology

Fractional plasma energy for numerous non-surgical treatments

From the esteemed Italian house of Brera, specialising in the production of innovative devices for aesthetic medicine, comes the revolutionary Plasmage for non-invasive eyelift treatments, removal of wrinkles, scars, stretch marks, beauty marks, keloids, fibroids, various skin irregularities, and excess skin. The comparative advantage of the Plasmage apparatus is that due to its precision it acts precisely on those areas where it is difficult to use other instruments such as lasers or radiofrequency.

Plasmage works according to the principle of fractional plasma and is extremely precise, with the ability of setting the instrument’s strength while treating certain problems. Recovery time is short and the results are impressive.

How does Plasmage work?

The device creates a series of small dots on the skin that are triggers for an immediate reaction - the tissue is tightened, lifted, contoured, and renewed. Plasmage uses the fourth state of matter - gas - to achieve this effect. An ionisation of gases from the air occurs, creating a small electric arch. These electric arches are used to treat a certain problem, while the surrounding skin remains unaffected.

Who is the treatment intended for?

Plasmage can be used for a number of skin problems as well as for rejuvenating different areas of the face, and is safe for use on all skin types. There are 6 different power levels and 6 different frequency levels, and the needles used for treatment are also specially designed. Furthermore, Plasmage has an extension for biostimulation used for skin rejuvenation treatments.

Eyelift treatments have yielded excellent results: the effect is similar to a surgical procedure but without scarring, and the recovery period is short, with impressive results. The procedure lasts about 15 minutes, with visible end results in about 6-8 weeks. An anaesthetic cream is first applied to the treated area, and left to work for 30-40 minutes, after which the needle is used. After treatment, it is necessary to apply cortisone cream for 3 days, including a sun protection cream and the use of sunglasses. The scabs will fall off in 5-7 days, and the skin will be completely renewed after 6-8 weeks.

The same procedure is used for removing wrinkles, scars, stretch marks, keloids, fibroids, various skin irregularities, and excess skin. For larger skin zones, the injections work at a depth of one millimetre.

Is treatment painful?

Because anaesthetic cream is applied to the area to be treated, the prick from the needle is minimal, with only a brief tingly sensation. Recovery is entirely pain-free. Swelling may occur on the treated area, but will disappear in 2-3 days. You can then return to all your regular daily activities.

How long does the treatment take?

On average, treatments lasts 30-60 minutes, depending on the size of the area to be treated.

What are the results?

Plasmage can yield stunning results, depending on the state of the skin. In fact, the results are visible immediately, with end results in 2-4 weeks, when the skin recovers completely. Some clients may need to repeat the procedure in order to have the best results, or to maintain their condition, but the results are permanent.

What are the advantages for me?

  • short duration of treatment
  • short recovery period
  • costs less than surgery
  • no bleeding or hematoma
